Terms of Delivery

If you order before 6:00PM, we process the order the same day. Delivery by post typically takes one to three business days, when the address is within Switzerland, and four to seven for a foreign address. This means in some cases you might already receive your shoes by the next day, in other cases this time may vary. You’ll receive an E-mail when your order leaves our site. If your order isn’t delivered one week after you receive your confirmation E-mail, please contact our customer service either per email: info@sancho-store.ch or telephone: +41 (0)31 747 07 83.

 

Shipping Costs: Switzerland and Lichtenstein

We deliver to any requested address within Switzerland or Lichtenstein. On purchases from 40.00 Francs upward, delivery is free of cost within Switzerland. Standardly, we ship our merchandise Economy; with an additional charge you have the opportunity to select priority shipping. With orders under CHF 40.00, comes an additional shipping rate of CHF 4.90.

Shipping costs - EU and other Countries

The ordered products are delivered by a international shipping service to the given address. With deliveries in countries outside Switzerland, the Swiss sales tax is not applicable.
Important information:
The shipping costs are indicated separately in the checkout. After delivery of the package, you will be charged separately for the local VAT of the country of delivery and any customs duties by our parcel service provider or customs authority.

Dispatched with which service-partners?

The delivery is carried out in Switzerland per post, and in foreign countries either per GLS, SWISSPOST INTERNATIONAL, or FEDEX. The respective delivery services offer order-tracking available via their homepages. Upon the transfer to the delivery service, you’ll receive from us by request your package number per E-mail. This way you can track the current status of the delivery.

On request and after consultation we are happy to deliver to other countries. For this we ask you to send a request to info@sancho-store.ch. Our customer service will contact you immediately.


Package is missing- what now?

Has the package still not been delivered to you or to a neighbor after several days? In this case we ask you to contact our customer service, so that we can either locate the package by means of a forwarding order, or when necessary, resend the item if the chosen size is still in-stock.
