Payment
Which payment methods are possible?
At Sancho Store you have the possibility of advance payment, with PayPal, Credit Card, or by cash on delivery. All published shop prices include 7.7% sales tax. With orders from abroad, the total price is automatically calculated without sales tax.
Advance Payment
We offer the transaction method of advance payment. After the dispatch of your order, you’ll receive a confirmation per E-mail with our banking details. After the payment is received— which can take 1-4 days depending on the credit institute—the items will be shipped. Keep in mind this can delay by quite some days the dispatch date and furthermore the delivery time. When completing the payment transfer, use the order number given in the order confirmation, so that the payment can be promptly assigned. Please do not use the invoice number, otherwise the payment cannot be properly processed in conjunction with the order.
Invoice
With a purchase on account, you’ll receive the invoice once in electronic form per E-mail, and once in paper form— with the receipt of the goods. The 10-day payment period begins when the customer receives the receipt of the goods. If the payment does not take place within 10 days, the customer will be in default.
Credit Card
We accept payment with Visa and Master Card. Directly after your order, we charge the respective credit institute with the collection of the invoice amount. As soon as the payment is received, we’ll ship your order. A delivery note will be enclosed.
PayPal
Pay comfortably with your credit card via PayPal. If we receive your order before 12:00PM (Monday to Friday), it will be shipped the same day. Please note that your PayPal account will be immediately charged with the dispatch of the order confirmation.
Payment on Delivery
Upon request we also offer payment on delivery. You’ll receive the receipt along with our shipment, which is paid immediately to the delivery man. This service is subject to charges.
Returns
If you need to send an item back, please enclose a copy of your order form and your banking information (IBAN-Number) with your unused and originally packaged merchandise.
