Very goodI ordered this pair first at size 42 (my usual size for other shoes) - they were huge. I sent them back and asked for 41 and already the next day received the new pair - no questions asked. Great service! Since I already have another pair of Sancho boots I knew it is going to take some adaptation (and suffering) time until they sit well. If you expect to have no blisters at all when you buy a new a pair of leather boots - forget about it. It takes time & work until the boots take the shape of your feet and the only way to do it is to wear them. My advice: wear double-layered hiking socks or two pair of socks (one thick and one thin). Wear the boots, then let them sit for a few days then wear them again. Rinse and repeat. Today after first few weeks I was walking in them almost 5 hours and didn`t have a single blister or discomfort. The adaptation period is over, and now for the next 3-5 years I will enjoy this nice pair. Needless to say that they look great.- Excellent qualityThe boot arrived super fast one day as described. Quality is just great of what you can expect of Sancho boots. I purchased another similar pair in September on site and got good advice from the shop owner and would call him if I would need it again next time. I strongly recommend this online store and would not order similar good in a foreign website for various reasons.
